At JRS Perfumes, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and aim to provide you with the best customer experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Rules Summary

  • ✅ Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery

  • 📦 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • 🔁 A 50% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

  • 🚫 Final Sale Items from certain collections are not eligible for return (see below)

  • 📦 We are not responsible for packages damaged during return shipping – this is the carrier’s responsibility

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request the return within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number and email us at jrsperfume1@hotmail.com to initiate the return process.

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus a 50% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If the customer received a damaged package please contact us and also the carrier, and we'll proceed to work for the best of everyone. We want you to be satisfied! 

If you received the wrong item or the damage is due to a packaging error on our part, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at jrsperfume1@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Or send us a message in the box below in the home page.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

  3. We will provide you with the return instructions.

  4. Once received and approved, a refund (minus 50% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the return.

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
