Processing Time

All orders are processed within1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. This includes apartment, suite, and unit numbers, if applicable. We'll work with the carrier o investigate the issue if the customer had a problem with the package. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order. We are going to provide the best help, when a customer has a problem with shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Once a package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
